Click on the plus sign to add an element.
Scroll to find the form element.
Drag and drop the form element into your desired location.
A popup will appear asking you to choose a form.
Select from the forms you have previously created.
Note: Ensure the form is already created and edited in a separate section.
After selecting the form, it will appear in your template.
Click "Save" and then "Publish" to apply the changes.
To customize or change fields in the form, refer to the form customization section for detailed instructions.
Decide what action you want the form to perform:
Use the action set up in the form builder (default option).
Redirect to a specific URL after submission.
By default, the form will show a "Thank you for completing the form" message if the default action is used.
