How to Change Default Email Settings in LSS Software
1. Accessing Settings
Click on the settings button in the left-hand menu.
Ensure you are using a desktop rather than a mobile device.
2. Navigating to Email Services
Scroll down to find Email Services in the left-hand menu.
Click on Email Services to open the next window.
3. Changing the Sending Domain
Locate your custom dedicated domain.
Click on Dedicated Domain and IP on the far right.
Click on the three dots and select Set Headers.
4. Configuring From Name and Email
A window will pop up prompting you to change the from name and from email.
Ensure the email matches your custom domain (e.g., no Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook emails).
You can customize the prefix (e.g., info@, admin@, help@, or your name@) as long as it matches your custom domain.
5. Saving Changes
After making your changes, click Save at the bottom right.
The changes will automatically take effect for future emails.
6. Changing the Reply-To Address
Click on Back to SMTP Service in the left-hand corner to return to the email services home section.
Click on Reply and Forward Settings.
7. Configuring Reply-To Email
Toggle on Forward to Assigned User and hit Save.
Enter the email address you want to use as the reply-to email (can be a personal email).
Ensure you hit Enter to highlight the email in the gray box; otherwise, it won’t be saved.
8. Finalizing Settings
After entering the reply-to email, click Save to successfully configure the settings.
Once completed, you are all set to send emails with your new configurations.
