Click on the settings button in the left-hand menu.
Ensure you are using a desktop rather than a mobile device.
Scroll down to find Email Services in the left-hand menu.
Click on Email Services to open the next window.
Locate your custom dedicated domain.
Click on Dedicated Domain and IP on the far right.
Click on the three dots and select Set Headers.
A window will pop up prompting you to change the from name and from email.
Ensure the email matches your custom domain (e.g., no Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook emails).
You can customize the prefix (e.g., info@, admin@, help@, or your name@) as long as it matches your custom domain.
After making your changes, click Save at the bottom right.
The changes will automatically take effect for future emails.
Click on Back to SMTP Service in the left-hand corner to return to the email services home section.
Click on Reply and Forward Settings.
Toggle on Forward to Assigned User and hit Save.
Enter the email address you want to use as the reply-to email (can be a personal email).
Ensure you hit Enter to highlight the email in the gray box; otherwise, it wonโt be saved.
After entering the reply-to email, click Save to successfully configure the settings.
Once completed, you are all set to send emails with your new configurations.
