How to Access Form Submissions in Your Account

1. Introduction

• Purpose: Walkthrough on finding form submissions for forms created in your account.

2. Accessing the Forms

• Click on the Sites and Form Builder button.

• Navigate to Forms.

• Select Submissions.

3. Filtering Submissions

• Choose the specific form to view submissions:

  • Option to view All Forms or select Specific Forms using the toggle.

• Set the date range for submissions:

  • Options include Live, Past Year, This Year, or a Custom Period.

4. Reviewing Submissions

• Click the Expand button to view detailed answers for the selected form.

5. Downloading Submissions

• To download a single form submission:

  • Click Download to save it to your computer.

• To download all submissions:

  • Click Export to export all selected submissions.
