Please follow this step by step guide to help you log into the LSS Notary Marketing Software.
Tip: Please double confirm the email you are using to login is correct by looking for your purchase confirmation receipt in your inbox - using a wrong email is one of the number one reasons login attempts fail.
Please note: if you have a persistent password challenge, we recommend using the Google Chrome browser and clearing your cache before attempting another login.
Find the "Activate Your Account" email confirmation message in your email inbox:
Click on the button "Click Here to Activate Your Account" in the email to log in.
Please note: if you didn't activate your account within 24 hours of purchase, skip to "Section 2: Login Help/Forgot Your Password" below.
Create Your Password:
Upon first login, create a password for your account following the required guidelines.
Verification Process:
After setting your password, log in to your account at crm.notarysuccesspath.com
Enter the new password and click on "Sign In."
Verify your identity with a 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) code sent via email or text.
Enter the code received and click on "Confirm Code" to log in successfully.
Accessing Dashboard:
Once logged in, you will see your main dashboard with all the necessary information to get started.
If you're having any issues logging into the software (your password isn't working, or if you didn't receive an activation email, or if you didn't activate your link within 24 hours), you can reset your password simply by visiting crm.notarysuccesspath.com and following these instructions.
It is recommended to use the Google Chrome Browser and to clear your cache if you are having any issues with logging in or the software
Navigate to crm.notarysuccesspath.com
Click on "Forgot Password"
Enter the email you used to purchase the software and click "Reset Password"
If you've chosen your correct email your subscription is under, a password reset email will be sent to your inbox. Go to your email and click on the "Reset Password" button.
Type in new password, confirm password, and click "Change Password"
Click "Proceed to Login" button and login again.
Verify Your New Login.
Once you login, you may be asked to verify your account.

The login email for the LSS Notary Marketing Software is DIFFERENT from the Training and Community member area. You may have reset your password for the Training and Community area, but may have not reset your password in the software or vice versa. To sign into the Training and Community area, follow these steps.
