Annual | Payments made within the last 30 days |
Refund requests submitted outside these windows are ineligible.
A refund can only be issued after the account is fully cancelled.
If you choose to pause your subscription instead of cancelling, no refund will be provided for the paused period.

Once cancellation is confirmed, contact our support team (or reply to your cancellation confirmation email) and include:
Account email address
Date and amount of the charge you’re disputing
Last four digits of the payment card (if applicable)
Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days after the cancellation is processed.
Processing times can vary depending on your bank or credit-card issuer.
Refunds are for subscription fees only; transaction or foreign-exchange fees charged by your bank are not covered.
We do not provide prorated or partial refunds outside the eligibility windows.
This policy applies to LSS Marketing Software subscriptions purchased directly through Loan Signing System. Third-party marketplace purchases must follow the marketplace’s refund procedures.
