Choose Text or Email snippet, add a name, write the content, insert custom values, then Save.

Yes—edits apply only to future use. Sent or scheduled campaigns keep the version they were launched with.

Absolutely. Open the Campaign, click Clone, tweak the content/date, and schedule.
Q: Are Snippets shareable with my team?
All users who have Conversations › View & manage permission can see and use every Snippet, so your whole support crew stays on-message.
