Learn how to add your notes for your contacts and for companies inside your LSS Marketing software account
How To Create Notes For Contacts and Companies
1. To begin, click on "CRM & Email."
2. Select the contact you would like to add notes for
3. Click on the "Notes" tab.
4. Click on "Add Note."
5. Enter your note description in the text area.

7. Click on "Associate To."
8. Now, click on "Opportunities."
9. Click on "Note description."
10. Click on "Save."
11. It may take a minute for your new note to appear, you can refresh the page or follow along to learn how to add notes to companies next.
12. Click on "Companies."
13. select the company you want to add notes to
14. Now, click here to proceed.
15. Following that, click on "Add Note."
16. Once that's done, click here to add details.

18. Click on the contact selection element.
19. Select a contact that is associated with the company
20. Click on "Create" to finalize your action.
21. Afterwards, click on the close button.
22. Now let's go check our notes on our contact, go back to all contacts
23. Select the contact you were editing in the last step
24. Click on the notes section to view the notes
25. Now you should see the note you previously created!
