Customizing the meeting location in your calendar settings allows you to control what appears in appointment confirmations and reminders. Whether you're meeting in person, over the phone, or via a video call (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet), you can set a clear and consistent location for each appointment type.

Log in to your LSS CRM account.
From the main menu, click on Settings.
Select Calendars from the Settings options.
You will see a list of your calendars.
Click the Edit icon (pencil) next to the calendar you want to customize.
Find the Meeting Location field within the calendar settings.
Enter your preferred location, such as:
A physical address (e.g., “Office - 123 Main St”)
A phone number (e.g., “Phone: +1 (555) 123-4567”)
A video meeting link (e.g., “Zoom: https://zoom.us/your-link” or “Google Meet: https://meet.google.com/your-link”)
Scroll down and click Save to apply the update.
This meeting location will now automatically appear in all appointment confirmations, calendar invites, and reminders sent to clients and your team.
