Short Answer:
Yes — if your account has the Domain Transfer-In feature enabled, you can move (transfer) your domain from another provider directly into your LSS CRM account.
See the help articles here for a step by step walkthroughs:
1. Overview: What is Domain Transfer In?
The Domain Transfer In feature allows users to transfer their domain name from an external registrar (such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) to our platform. Once transferred, users can manage their domain's DNS, billing, and security directly within the platform.
2. Overview: Review DNS records
Once a domain has passed the Eligibility Check, the next step is to review its DNS records. In this step, users have the option to either
3. Finalize Domain Transfer In
The Finalize Transfer step is where you complete the authorization process to move your domain from your current registrar (like GoDaddy, Namecheap, IONOS, etc.) to the LSS CRM. This step ensures that your domain and related services continue working smoothly after the transfer.
4. Domain Transfer In - Approve Transfer
Once you’ve submitted your domain transfer request, the final step is to approve the transfer at your current registrar. Until you do that, the transfer stays in a pending state and won’t complete.
Domain Transfer-In means you take a domain you already own with another registrar (like GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, Squarespace, or SiteGround) and move it inside LSS CRM. Once transferred, LSS CRM becomes your registrar, so you can manage renewals, billing, and DNS records right from your CRM dashboard.
Bonus: When you transfer a domain, an extra year is added to its expiration date.
One-Stop Management: Handle DNS, renewals, billing, and domain settings without leaving LSS CRM.
Seamless Integration: Instantly connect domains to websites, funnels, and email sending inside the CRM.
Reduced Downtime: DNS records are reviewed during transfer to keep your website and email working.
Clear Billing: Easy visibility into your renewal dates and costs.
Enable Domain Transfer-In
At the agency level, turn on Domain Purchase and enable Domain Transfer-In for the sub-account you’ll use.
Start the Transfer
Go to Settings → Domains in your LSS CRM account and select Transfer-In.
Check Eligibility
The system will confirm your domain can be transferred (e.g., not moved within the last 60 days, unlocked, and supported by the CRM).
Review DNS Records
Import your DNS records or let the system detect them. Double-check website, email, and CNAME records so nothing breaks.
Get Your Transfer Code
At your current registrar, unlock the domain, turn off privacy/DNSSEC, and copy the authorization code (EPP code).
Finalize in LSS CRM
Enter the EPP code in LSS CRM to start the transfer.
Approve the Release
Go back to your current registrar to approve the transfer request. Some registrars send you an email; others require you to confirm in their dashboard.
Wait for Completion
Transfers usually take 1–5 business days. Once finished, the domain will show up in your LSS CRM Domains dashboard.
You cannot transfer a domain that was originally purchased inside LSS CRM — only external domains can be transferred in.
Always review DNS records before finalizing to prevent email or website downtime.
Transfer times vary, but typically complete within a few days.
Yes, you can transfer your domain into the LSS CRM. This gives you one central place to manage everything — from billing and DNS settings to funnels, websites, and email sending — without having to juggle different platforms.
