There are a few major providers you can use:
Google Workspace (Recommended)
Uses Gmail, but with your business domain.
Super easy to use if you’re already familiar with Gmail.
Cost: around $6–12/month per user.
Microsoft 365 (Outlook)
Uses Outlook with your domain.
Great if you prefer Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Teams).
Cost: around $6–12/month per user.
Zoho Mail
A budget-friendly option (even has a free plan for 1 email address).
Good if you just need basic email hosting.
Go to the provider’s website and purchase the plan that fits your needs:
After purchase, you’ll need to prove that you own your domain (the part after the @).
The provider will give you special DNS records to add where you bought your domain (like GoDaddy, Namecheap, or inside the CRM if you bought it there).
These usually include:
MX records (tell the internet where to deliver your mail)
TXT/SPF records (help prevent spam)
CNAME/verification records (prove ownership)
Don’t worry — each provider has step-by-step guides with screenshots. You just copy/paste the records they give you into your domain settings.
Once the records update (can take a few hours):
Log into Gmail if you chose Google Workspace.
Log into Outlook if you chose Microsoft 365.
Or log into Zoho Mail if you chose Zoho.
Now you have a full professional inbox you can use anywhere.
To use your email on your iPhone, Gmail app, or Outlook app, enter:
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): Provided by your host (e.g., imap.gmail.com
)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): Provided by your host (e.g., smtp.gmail.com
)
Username: your full email address
Password: your account password
You must have a professional email host to log in outside of the CRM.
LSS CRM does not provide inbox hosting. It only uses your email domain to send automations/marketing.
Google and Microsoft are the most common and easiest options.
Next Steps:
Pick your provider (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 are best).
Purchase your plan.
Follow their step-by-step setup guide to connect your domain.
Start using your professional inbox!
