How to Customize Your Availability and Appointment Booking Settings on Any Calendar
Accessing the Calendar Section
Click on the calendars link on the left-hand side of the software.
Click on the top menu item to add and/or edit calendars.
Editing Calendar Appointments
Click on the three dots next to an existing calendar and select edit to make changes.
Customizing Availability
Select days for general availability and customize hours by checking days and adjusting time frames.
Use the copy feature to apply the same hours to multiple selected days.
Add or delete time frames as needed.
For specific days, use the date specific hours section to set availability.
Setting Additional Parameters
Define service duration, service interval, minimum scheduling notice, date range, and post buffer time.
These settings determine the length of appointments, availability segments, booking notice, booking range, and buffer time between appointments.
Activating the Calendar
Ensure the calendar status is set to active to make it live.
Use the share icon to get a permanent link for sharing the calendar.
Testing Availability
Paste the shared link into a new window to view the calendar and select available times.
Check for availability in 15-minute increments and navigate back to main settings as needed.
Finalizing and Next Steps
Save changes and close the editing window.
Ensure the calendar is active to avoid errors.
