Editing Form and Notification Settings on Calendars
Accessing Calendar Settings
Click on the three dots on the calendar and choose to edit.
Editing Form Options
Select the form and payment option on the left-hand side.
Choose between a default form or a Loan Signing Service appointment booking form.
Edit the message that appears after booking an appointment.
Auto-Confirmation Settings
Leave the calendar on auto-confirm new appointments for automatic confirmation and notifications.
Manually confirming appointments will require turning off this setting.
Notifications and Appointments
Ensure the acknowledgement email is set to go out to both you and the contact.
Allow Google Calendar and Outlook to send invitations and updates.
Assign the contact to their respective service staff member.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
Set policies for rescheduling and cancellation within a specific time frame.
Adjust the time frame for rescheduling and cancellation as needed.
Customizing Calendar Appearance
Change the color of the calendar by clicking on the color icon or entering a color hex code.
Edit the button text for scheduling appointments (e.g., Schedule Notary Signing).
Previewing and Saving Changes
Click on the Preview Widget button to preview changes.
Once satisfied, hit save to finalize the settings.
Completing Updates
Click on Save & Close to finish updating the calendar interface on the backend.

SOP: Updating and Confirming Appointments
Objective
To confirm and/or edit appointment details after an appointment has been booked.
Key Steps
Access Calendar Section
Toggle over to the calendar section from the main dashboard.
View all calendar appointments and select the "Appointments" option.
Add a New Appointment Manually
Click on "New Appointment" to open the booking window.
Add contact details and select the calendar for booking.
Select the team member for the appointment.
Set the due date and adjust availability if needed.
Book Appointment
Adjust start and end times for the appointment.
Set calendar settings for meeting location and confirmation details.
Click on "Book Appointment" to confirm.
Confirmation Process
Ensure auto-confirmation is turned on in the calendar setup settings.
If auto-confirmation is off, manually toggle to confirm new appointments.
Managing Appointments
Mark appointments as "Showed" to confirm completion.
Change appointment status to "No-show," "Cancel," or "Invalid" if needed.
Edit appointment details by selecting the three dots on the appointment and make necessary changes.
Save Changes
Save any edits made to appointment details.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure to select the correct team member for the appointment.
Double-check all details before confirming the appointment.
Make sure to update the status of the appointment accurately.
Tips for Efficiency
Use custom availability for setting up unique timeframes.
Communicate any changes to the contact if needed.
Regularly check and update appointment details to avoid confusion.
