Accessing Settings and Integrations
Go to the left-hand menu and click on the settings tab.
Scroll down to find the integrations option.
Signing in with Google Account
Click on "Sign in with Google" to connect your Google Business Profile account.
Log in with the email associated with your Google Business Profile.
Connecting Lead Connector
Hit "Continue" after signing in.
Click "Allow" to enable the integration.
Selecting Google Business Page
Choose the Google Business page you want to sync with.
Click "Connect" and wait for the loading process.
Customizing Settings
Set up Google Analytics and properties if needed.
Connect multiple Google Business accounts if required.
Finalizing Connection
Click "Update" to connect the Google Business Profile.
Refresh the page to ensure successful connection.
Managing Pages and Emails
Disconnect or add additional pages as necessary.
Update settings and refresh to see changes.
Adding Additional Emails
Sign in with another Google account.
Follow the same process to confirm and allow access.
Make sure the primary business email is connected to the Google Business Profile.
Verification and Completion
Look for the green "connected" sign to confirm successful integration.
Disregard disabled options as they are not crucial for CRM use.
