How to Connect Your Google Business Profile to the Notary Success CRM
Managing your online reputation is crucial, especially when it comes to Google Business Reviews.
By automating responses to these reviews through your Notary Success CRM, you not only save time but also maintain a consistent and positive presence online.
The first step is ensuring your Google Business Profile is connected to your CRM Account.
But we want to verify the connection is properly set up before we move forward. The video above and steps below walk you through verifying the connection is in place.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Verify Integration:
Go to "Settings" in the lower left corner of your navigation screen.
Scroll down and choose "Integrations"
Your Google Business Profile integration should show and if connected, two boxes will be visible, a blue "Change Page" button and a red "Remove Page" button.
Your connection will also have a green or red checkmark next to "GBM Messages are Enabled" and either a green or red checkmark next to "Call tracking is enabled"
Key Note: It is ok if you have a red checkmark next to "GBM Messages are Enabled" or "Call tracking is enabled." This does not prevent you from setting up your Reputation Management feature. As long as the page shows as connected overall that is all you need.
