Access Your Domain Settings: Go to the settings tab in your CRM and navigate to the email services submenu.
Add a Subdomain: Instead of using the root domain, add a subdomain (e.g., mail.yourbusinessname.com) to avoid any issues.
Configure DNS Records: Manually add the TXT, CNAME, and MX records provided by the CRM to your domain hosting platform.
Verify Your Domain Setup: Click on "verify records" in your CRM and allow some time for DNS propagation.
