From your LSS CRM account, click Settings.
Select Phone Numbers under Business Services.
Click the blue + Add Number button and choose Add Phone Number from the dropdown.
Enter up to 10 phone numbers at once.
Assign labels like Mobile, Home, Work, etc.
Check Primary to set the main number.
Search Filters:
Search by digits or phrases (match first, last, or any part of the number).
Filter by capabilities: SMS, MMS, Voice.
Choose Number Type: Local or Toll-Free.
Select your desired number.
Click Proceed to Buy to complete the purchase.
International Numbers: Regulatory bundles or addresses are required for numbers outside the USA and Canada.
Area Code Availability: Numbers come from Twilio and availability changes frequently. Popular area codes (e.g., NYC 212, LA 310) may be limited.
If your desired area code is unavailable:
Try nearby or overlay area codes (e.g., 424 for LA).
Consider toll-free or national numbers.
Contact LSS CRM Support to request specific area codes or availability updates.
